Benevolence & Care Ministry
Our purpose for benevolence is to serve God by meeting the needs of our fellow man in a way that will glorify God and draw people to him - to be a beacon and a light house for this church family and this community, and a safe haven for all who reach out.
Our heart’s desire for benevolence is that each person we minister to be made to feel special to us and precious to God.
Our dream for benevolence is for the day when benevolence will no longer be considered as a ministry or program but a way of life for the Prayer Center Family.
The benevolence ministry is subdivided into four ministries. They are the Clothing Ministry, Food Ministry, the Helping Hands Ministry, and Care Ministries. Each of these areas are supervised by loving, caring, serving, and dedicated deacons. Currently four to five families are served per week. We partner with Feed the Children of Nashville, in securing food for our ministry.
